The Annual Plan outlines the services and activities Council will provide in the coming financial year, what it will cost and how it will be paid for. This plan also indicates any priorities that differ from those outlined in the Long-Term Council Community Plan (LTCCP).
The Annual Plan is produced annually, except for years where an LTCCP is produced, when the LTCCP also serves as the Annual Plan for that financial year. The 2009-2019 LTCCP serves as the Annual Plan for 2009/10.
