5. Vehicle Crossings

5.3 Approval of Construction of Crossings

Except with the prior written permission of the Council no person shall:

1. construct any crossing, including a temporary crossing, across any footpath on any road or across any water channel on or adjoining any road or repair, reconstruct, renew, or do any work whatsoever in connection with any existing crossing; or
2. construct any double crossing or additional crossing to a single premises across any footpath on any road or across any water channel on or adjoining any road or repair, reconstruct, renew, or do any work whatsoever in connection with any existing any double crossing or additional crossing to any single premises;.
