|Have Your Say|
Council makes decisions that affect everyone in our community. To ensure Council is making decisions that reflect what the community wants and needs, we need your input. Making submissions to the Council is one way residents can make a positive contribution to the Matamata-Piako District and help Council to remain fair and effective.

The needs of the community change over time so the Resource Management Act requires us to review the District Plan every ten years. We need to start reviewing every part of the plan by 2015. We want to make sure we get this right, so we’re starting now - go to the District Plan review page to learn more.
