To carry out any work or hold an event on any Council road (all public roads other than State Highways) you will need to complete a Street/Road Opening Form and a Traffic Management Plan.

A Traffic Management Plan must be prepared by a qualified Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) and be in accordance with the Code of Practice for Temporary Traffic Management.

Both of these forms must be submitted to Council for approval by either sending or faxing it to:
