7.0 Responsibility
7.4 Reporting to Council
The following shall be reported to Council immediately following their occurrence:- Any substance entering a public or private stormwater system causing or likely to cause nuisance;or
- Any damage or blockage to any facet of a private stormwater system causing or likely to cause nuisance; or
- Any damage or blockage to any facet of a public stormwater system causing or likely to cause nuisance.
