If you operate a mobile shop or commercial service and intend to trade in a public area, securing a mobile trading licence is mandatory. This licence must be renewed annually.

Application to operate a mobile shop in a public place
A mobile trading license permits trading only at the approved location specified in your application. It does not:
- grant a lease or exclusive rights to use the land
- provide a permanent site on public property
- permit violations of parking regulations or road rules
