In accordance with clause 32 of Schedule 7 of the Local Government Act 2002, Council have established a formal Chief Executive Officer Performance Committee. The purpose of the committee is to undertake a review of the performance and remuneration of the Chief Executive Officer on an annual occurence, pursuant to the Chief Executive Officer's employment agreement.
