Full description of idea:

The Te Aroha Pools are great but lack enough shade for families to really enjoy the facilities. It would be great if there was enough shade for non-swimming members of the family to still be able to watch people swimming or for people to be able to hang around after their swim, enjoy some food etc under some shade from the sun.

How this idea will benefit the community:

This would encourage more families to use the pools and to stay longer rather than having to leave to get out of the direct sun.
