Proposal if Indoor multiplex that consists of Indoor skate park , rollerblading rink, rock wall climbing , jump , local stalls from local people within Te Aroha , Can be used as a Houhora to empower youth and Community

How this idea will benefit the community:

Youth are the visionary leaders of tomorrow, When the world class spas arrive we will need more attractions more than ever before. But will need local strength to give to our Rangatahi
