Full description of idea:

The cows are fantastic. How about adding calves, and a grouping of cows (herd) in the rec area. The calves would give people to donate on a smaller scale and a herd in the playground at rec ground would give a reason for visitors to visit that area and picnic and play, and if the pool is developed all the better and maybe room for a cafe to develop there.

How this idea will benefit the community:

the Rec area is such a wasted resource. the walkway starts there people would congregate there.
