Full description of idea:

I may not have a idea on how to bring the amount of rubbish down but an opinion on the soon to be new rules on supposedly zero waste. Sorry but this idea is too extreme & too laughable. My word SMH, two words that come to mind “too unrealistic” if you guys don’t want people to start fly tipping on a massive scale then I highly recommend that rates DONT go up & have a very unrealistic idea of zero waste in the near future. You know & I know that it will never ever happen. Come on! Just do not be shocked when countless people start fly tipping alright. Just saying.

If you do not want people to start fly tipping on a large scale leave things the way they perfectly are or if you choose to ignore this warning just don’t be shocked & horrified when people started doing that A LOT! ok
