Full description of idea:

After reading the Piako Post last week about the tennis club, I think it is time to join the tennis club with Morrinsville netball if it can be done. With the town getting bigger & still thousands of sections to open up in years to come, it makes common sense to do this now and keep all clubs going for long term gain. That means that netball will go from 6 courts to 9 courts. So its a win win for netball and the tennis club. We will also have to wait and see what happens with the polo field but if that goes that opens it up for 1 or 2 all weather hockey grounds & athletics club Hockey can also double as lacrosse so 2 birds with one stone again.

How this idea will benefit the community:

With the town getting bigger it will bring more families in, the kids may not need to travel to Hamilton for sport as much. More money being spent in home town.
