7.00pm - 10.00pm - Icebreaker Meet and Greet includes nibbles - refreshmants available for purchase.

Sat 20th - Official opening
1.00pm - 4.00pm - Cakes, speeches, photos, entertainment
6.00pm - 7.00pm - Happy Hour
7.00pm - 9.00pm - The Main Event dinner and dance - Barbeque dinner
8.30pm - 12.30pm Dancing.
