Full description of idea:

Have just moved back here to birth place. Always had an idea of having the mountain aerial tower able to be luminous. Using solar power with numerous programable lights on a grid to enable various patterns and colour combinations to be set remotely by Council. All local schools could be involved by having their design displayed monthly, Sports Teams colours when playing, Cross at Easter and Christmas. Limitless really!!
Obviously the Tower owners and management would be approached and permission sought . Cost can be covered by Sponsorship deals , public and Government funding potentially.

How this idea will benefit the community:

I believe can be Te Aroha s symbol , visually pleasing and an artistic land mark .
