Full description of idea:

There are so many locations especially in Te Aroha where SW system is not adequate nor fit for purpose. Just to bring an example, MPDC Rail Trail behind old railway absolutley ponds even in light shower events. This route is used for many locals, school kids and tourists and need to be resolved asap considering council and other parties are heavily invested in this Hauraki Rail Trail.

How this idea will benefit the community:

School kids, tourists and locals will be able to walk on it safely after any rain event.
