7. Key Council Policies and Plans
The Council has overall responsibility for the proper direction and control of the Council’s activities in pursuit of community outcomes. This responsibility includes formulating:
- the Long Term Plan (LTP);
- the District Plan;
- the Annual Plan;
- the Annual Report; and
- other Council Policies.
