Peria Road Reserve (Yellow portion excluding memorial plantings and pathway)
We’re looking at turning Peria Road Reserve into a fenced off-leash area. What do you think?
I like it but wouldn’t use it

If I had a small dog and the fence was 'small dog proof' I would use it.
My dog is mid sized and well trained/old now. We use Centennial and Tom Grant Drives a lot.
Having a fully fenced enclosure is important for training young dogs to be trusted (to 'come' and behave with other dogs) in the more open spaces like all the other off- leash areas in Matamata.
