Yes I had my say, I said put fence around waharoa because more roaming dogs out here than people. So ok let's get real an fix the issues. Waharoa bad dog registration, roaming, unsafe to be outside your own Gate/property. Will be on recorded I got my hand ripped open I suffered. Trip to hospital, lose of wages, ongoing medical cost to me. What happened to dogs owner??? Ok so maybe you hear me, cause alot out here feel the same.
