A 2 wheelie bin system works very well in other areas and is much easier for the elderly to cope with. The extra cost seems a bit steep on top of rate increases.
Council needs to look at the actual source of so much unrecyclable packaging and pressure for all packaging to be biodegradable for all products. We have the technology - lets use it and stop thinking solely of profit..
