Need to have a good hard look at spending. Apparently there is $750,000 sitting in improvements to MATAMATA infrastructure that hasn’t been spent, keep deferring each year!! New security cameras wouldn’t go ammis.
That’s what you get when you have a panel beater at the helm, and a bunch of yes men on the various committees.
How the sign off for the resurfacing of Firth Street got done god only knows as a team of primary kids could have done better.
Maybe the Mayor could stop printing speed signs and start looking at the roading issues in the MATAMATA township, oh I forgot he’s from Te Aroha!
