Antenno is an awesome free app where you can get location-based updates and reminders from us straight to your phone. You can also report issues through the app.

We have recently updated the notification zones for kerbside services. If you are no longer recieving notifications here are a couple of ways to troubleshoot:

• Make sure your street address is loaded in ‘Your places’ rather than just your town or suburb name. For example ‘35 Kenrick St, Te Aroha’ will work while just ‘Te Aroha’ may not.
• Uninstall and reinstall the app.
