RID, rates, and rebates
Reminder that fourth instalment is due soon
We sent out the fourth rates instalment notices for the 2025/26 year on 1 May 2026 by post or email.
The final day to pay this instalment is 25 May 2026. To avoid extra costs, please note that a 10% penalty will be added to any part of this instalment that remains unpaid after close of business on 25 May 2026.
Payment options include cash, eftpos, credit card, electronic banking and Payble. Credit card payments incur a surcharge. Payble is the online payment platform that gives you the freedom to manage rates payments to suit you. It’s flexible, secure, and designed to work around you.
Learn more about Payble here or sign up to receive your rates by email here.
Rating Information Database
Did you know you can use our Rating Information Database (RID) to search the property details for any property in the district. This can tell you information such as land area, land value and rates levies.
You can access the RID online here or call into any of our Council offices between 9am-4pm Monday to Friday and our friendly Customer Services team can help you.
