11. Revocation

11.1 This bylaw repeals the Solid Waste Bylaw 2008.

In compliance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 2002 and the Bylaws Act 1910, this Bylaw is passed by the Matamata-Piako District Council on 17 May 2017.
