10.1 Activities Involving Scheduled Items and Natural Resources
Activities involving scheduled natural environment resources shall comply with the following:
- 10 days notice in writing shall be given to the Council of any proposed work, redecoration, repair or alteration to any scheduled work, or any work in the Te Aroha Character Conservation Area, to determine the environmental effects of the proposed work.
