From 15 May 2025, Thompson's Track will be closed to all vehicles. This is for the safety of users and to minimise environmental impact over the winter months. The track will reopen to vehicles in late October or early November this year depending on conditions. Throughout the closure, the track will remain available for those not using vehicles, like pedestrians.
11 June 2025 Horseman's Track - Due to a fallen tree, Horseman's Track is currently closed until it can be safely removed. Signage is in place, and we kindly ask that you avoid the area. We will update this message once the track has reopend.

3.5.2.3 | O1, O2, O3, O5 | P1, P4 |
Explanation
Council wishes to avoid the potential for nuisance and other adverse effects on the residential environment as a result of aerial topdressing/spraying activity. Such nuisance or effects may include noise and spray or fertiliser drift.
This does not limit the legitimate use of rural land for farming as alternative means of topdressing/spraying may still be used, for example applying “Growsafe Code of Practice” methods.
